DiTEC Teak Clean is exceptional for cleaning and brightening teak and other wood surfaces. It safely cleans and restores wood to its natural color while combining superior cleaning performance with exceptional environmental properties.

As a highly concentrated organic acid replacement, Teak Clean works as a one-step cleaner and brightener — effectively removing salt, grime, oxidation, and weathering from teak and timber decks with minimal effort.

Recommended Use: Well-ventilated and open areas and large decks.

Incompatible Materials: Strong oxidizing agents, chlorates, nitrates, hypochlorites (bleach), sulfides, cyanides, and alkaline materials.

  1. Apply by pouring directly onto the surface or with a pump sprayer.
  2. Allow to dwell for 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Water may be added to extend dwell time.
  3. Brush with a stiff deck brush or polypropylene pad (3M medium blue Doodlebug or similar) in the direction of the wood grain.
  4. Rinse the brush frequently. Thoroughly rinse the deck with fresh water. Repeat if necessary.
WARNING: If product contacts metal, stone, or other delicate surfaces, wash immediately with soap and water.

Teak Clean is readily biodegradable and free from harsh and harmful chemical ingredients, making it safe to discharge into waterways in compliance with marine environmental regulations.

MARPOL Annex III and V Compliant — Not a Marine Pollutant. Safe for use in environmentally sensitive areas.
