Section 4First-Aid Measures

Inhalation: Remove from exposure area. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get immediate medical attention.

Eye Contact: Flush eyes with water for a minimum of 15 minutes, occasionally lifting upper and lower lids. Get medical attention promptly.

Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with soap and water. Get medical attention. Wash clothing before reuse.

Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting. Give victim a glass of water. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Stop leak if without risk. Move containers from spill area. Approach from upwind. Prevent entry into sewers, water courses, basements or confined areas. Contain and collect with non-combustible absorbent material (sand, earth, vermiculite, or diatomaceous earth). Place in container and dispose per local regulations via a licensed waste disposal contractor.

Handling: Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing dusts, mists, and vapours. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wear eye protection and protective clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Keep container closed when not in use.

Teak Clean is readily biodegradable and is comprised of environmentally responsible raw materials and non-hazardous chemicals. Its components meet or exceed the highest global environmental regulatory requirements and are fully compliant with the standards of MARPOL Annex III and MARPOL Annex V. Teak Clean is free from harsh and harmful chemical ingredients, making it safe to discharge into water at both full concentrate or with wash water without harming the marine environment. This product is NOT a marine pollutant.
